Witnesses (if needed): Clients should provide their own witnesses; however, we may be able to provide a witness with proper notice for an extra fee. They should also be prepared to provide a reliable (VAILD) form of ID such as a passport, state ID card, or driver license.

Individuals residing in assisted living, retirement communities or nursing homes may contact Your Honour's Mobile Office for mobile notary services in the Wayne County, Michigan, and surrounding areas. Hospitals and rehabilitation Facilities as well.
We are very patient and are here to cater to those that are elders and/or disabled who can't drive, or family members (Authorized agent, POA, etc.) who can't leave work during business hours and need to handle after hours. We are available to meet with you at locations that are convenient for YOU.
ATTENTION Resident Coordinators:
You may also inquire about scheduling Your Honour's Mobile Office to host a Group Notary event at you Center for all of your residents needing our services.
ATTENTION: WE will not notarize for someone who is heavily medicated or has cognitive impairment. A legitimate notarization requires that the signer exhibits awareness and understanding of the document.
